Occasionally there are exceptions due to extenuating circumstances. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so please let us know if you have a specific timeframe.

We generally ship via USPS

Lead times for custom orders and special requests will be handled on an order-by-order basis. Please contact the shop to work out the details of your special request.

Please confirm that your address is correct before you place an order. I am not responsible for refunds or re-shipments of orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly.

You'll receive an automated confirmation e-mail when you place your order and then a shipping notification e-mail with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

All efforts are made on my end for a safe and speedy delivery but please note that I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages; once they've left my hands they're unfortunately outside of my control.

Contact me within 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase

I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

Due to the nature of wood, every piece is unique. The may be a different grain pattern or slight coloration difference in each piece.

We offer a 10-day Return Policy (buyer pays return shipping) If you have any concerns with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and keep your original packaging.
